It started with the McDonalds drive-thru. You should have had a romantic sit-down inside the restaurant at least! Next time offer dessert like the sophisticated McFlurry WITH M&M's of course. If she is up for after-dinner drinks, go to the liquor store, buy some Irish Whiskey and from there go to the gas station and buy a hot cup of joe to go. Pour some whiskey in that bad boy and there you have it, an after-dinner drink. If you're feeling lucky next anniversary, offer to take her to the dollar movies.

Yes you did something wrong she wanted to be appreciated a little more then Mc Donalds. Now a days a sit down resturant can be not that much more depending on where your going maybe next year ask her where she would like to go then bring flowers or something saying your sorry for last year. And don't forget the wine and candle!

If this isn't a joke your wife was probably not at all surprised by your anniversary gift. Trust me, after twenty-five years she is fully aware that she married a jackass.

All joking aside, she should have been glad that you did do that. I would have been more than pleased knowing that you at least done that for me. You could have done nothing at all. By the way, hate to say this, but why didn't you get her flowers too.

This HAS to be a joke. What man actually thinks Mickey D's is OK for any date, let alone an Anniversary (especially one of this magnitude) Yes you did something VERY! wrong, you are lucky she isn't filing for divorce.

you're horrible! why didn't you take her to Wendys?? they're so much better. c'mon wendys got the best chicken strips, you can choose your side order (like a nice salad lol) and it's probably the healthier than mcdonalds.
