Yes, it is possible for a 19 yr old to like his sisters best friend. I would make sure you ask your sister if it alright with her because she may not like that. But just dont have sex since you are 19 and this girl is 17.

Yes, it's possible. The age difference is only 2 years. Keep in mind that he is considered an adult legally and she is still considered a minor making certain activities illegal.
