You sound rather small so Kohls would be good. Old navy has cute clothes for kids and I used to go there and the adult clothing is not that great for tweens (they don't really have a juniors section). Aeropostale is also a good store. Hope that helps! I get most of my stuff at Kohls and I am not the tiniest but not the largest either. Good Luck!

Old Navy is, and probably always will be very popular. I would highly HIGHLY suggest aeropostle, and if you choose clothes with aeropostle actually written on them it's considered very trendy. The only problem is, both these places are highly HIGHLY expensive. You could shop at Kid to Kid... used clothes that are in such good condition they look perfectly new! And they are WAY WAY cheaper, and they have a lot of the more expensive brands that are expensive and hard to find, very very cheap.
