stretch become more flexable, make you leg muscels stronger to add height to your jumps, and learn some tumbling like cartwheels and round offs stuff like that

Practice your motions in the mirror. Ask a close friend to critque your motions. STRETCH to better your jumps. Condition at least twice a week.

STRETCH! stretching is soooo good for your jumps and splits. Also, if you have a full length mirror practice your routine in front of it. And make sure you are tight.
