I have acquired an older model hut tub with a Len gordon control box. I was told it will work on either 110v or 220v. I can not get it to function at all on 220 without tripping the 20 amp reset button on the side of the box. I have searched on-line for a wiring diagram to see if there is a different wiring configuration that may help. I have not been able to find anything. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? The numbers on the box are: HL-2H and 6425425-1. I'm not sure if these numbers will be helpful. It uses a 1 HP 2 speed motor.

if you can't find any wiring diagrams, most swimming pool dealers know something about hot tubs, maybe someone in your area that deals with pools could help you. there is a switch you have to move or wires you have to move, of course you already know that, but ask a swimming pool salesperson, good luck.
