Ok, i am a mom to a 7 month old boy. I gained an insane amount of weight during pregnancy (65 pounds). My son was born very large (9.4pounds) so i still have a little bit of tummy weight. Thanksgiving is coming up and when i go back home we are going to go out with some friends and i want to look a little better than i do know. i've lost about 40-45 of those 65 pounds and i am basically back to my weight as a college freshman (depressing) so what can i do to flatten my tummy quickly, i know it's going to take a longer time to rock hard abs but what can i do to at least shirnk my waist so i can wear my pants comfortably...lol. i'm a size 12 and i no longer have to wiggle into my pants so i am making some progress. by this time next year i want to be back to my size 9/11. but for now i just want a little quick fix. i hope another mom out there can sympathize with me, who understands my inner ramblings...lol. a quick way to flatten a tummy at least a little bit.

drinks could make you bloated and laxatives is a detrimental approach to move. And regardless of how so much you move to the john your belly won't magically flatten. Exercise is the one method except you might recollect lipo.

Well, to loose just a few inches on your stomach, eat lots of veggies (torture, I know! But it`s good for you) and exercise for an hour each day. That should do it.
