I have acne on my back.... Is that why?

Back can hurt for many reasons. Please describe where it is hurting, since how long. Do you do any physical activity...etc

There is a horrifying hadith of Prophet(pbuh) I do not know the detailed phrases however the hadith is that If a Muslim see an oppression and makes a decision to not do whatever approximately it, does not condemn the acts of the oppressor through his middle or through his speech have the bottom stage of Emaan.

Depends on the type of pain you're having. If its a burning pain externally it may be from the acne but if you're talking about internal pain, it could be just about anything. You would really have to give a better explaination of the type of pain you are experiencing.

1) You have Scoliosis and will be in severe pain and wear a backbrace for the rest of your life. Sorry.
2) You have Syphilis. Next time be more careful. And those are anal warts on your back, not acne.
