First off, Mason is a wonderful name and will grow well with him. Now that you mention it, it does sound a little "Chinese" with the Lee and everything. How about:

I have always loved the middle name Douglas.

I chose Douglas as my son's middle name. I like to use a middle name that woulod also sound nice incase he chose to use it as his first name when he gets older...Congrats!!
