If you have like, only ten days to do it and need kids to help you, then go to the anoucer and anouce that you need a student from each room and give them a clip board with 2 or 3 choice of simple plays that are also intresting and then ask the kids (I'd recamend telling the repersentives to do the job) to bring the clip-board back to class and take a survey and calculate which play has the most votes. That way you won't need to worry about what play to do!!!
I recomand:
-Rud of the Red nose Reinder
-Or a musical about christmas.
-If the play is very short, add some christmas jokes in between.

We did the Grinch when I was in school. All the kindergarteners can play the younger kids who sing at the beginning and end.

I was Cindy Lou Who.....and it was so fun!!! We wore feety pj's and wore braids in our hair with pipecleaners so they would stick up. Good luck.

As far as a script, just pick up the Dr. Suess book - so easy!!

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer is probably your best bet, its simple, easy to learn, easy to teach (most importantly), and everyone knows the story. Hope this helps!
