I am a graphic artist interested in incorporating some 3-D animation into my video presentation. I really like what I've seen on History Channels "Drive thru History," which utilizes 3-D animation to bring to life series of still images, and I'd like to know if there are particular software programs that will do that kind of effect. Thanks!

I recommend you Blender 3D! Mostly because it is very very easy to use and best of all its free!! Give it a try:

There is another one called Maya 3D, which I've read from many resources it's the best 3D animation program, If money isn't a problem for you.

yes, the software are 3ds max, flash, swift 3d, Blender 3d,
Bryce 3d, Cinema 4D, etc there are many u can find there tutorials @ http://www.tutorialized.com/
