No. If the triangle is acute, the orthocenter will be inside. When the triangle is right, the orthocenter is the vertex of the triangle at the right angle. When an obtuse triangle is constructed and the altitudes are drawn, the intersection of the altitudes is outside of the triangle

the answer is YES.
but if you need to prove it: start by assuming the answer is NO and find a contradiction to some postulate or theorem.
