Just Like Tuesday
which one is better for an all girl group

Surrounding Carmen sounds like a book or movie title. I'd suggest Just Like Tuesday as a band name and Surrounding Carmen as an album title.

If it's "Surrounding Carmen" every song you sing... people will expect all the songs to be about "carmen" but "Just Like Tuesday"... there are so many ways to venture out with ideas and promos. There are also lots of ideas for merch as well.
