Canucks games are on TEAM 1040 AM. You should be able to pick that up down to at least Seattle. We could driving down and back. They are also on the Web at team1040.ca. Click on Listen Live link when Nux are on and see if it works.
As far as Cdn TV, that's weird as we get your channels. Get a dish then.

It is very easy. Canucks' games are carried by TEAM 1040 AM in Vancouver. Just click here: http://team1040.ca/listen.php
You can also get video broadcasts of finished games on Google, and as a U.S. resident you can occasionally get live broadcasts on Yahoo. For a schedule of Internet broadcasts for the whole league on numerous platforms, try this link:

Go to NHL website, or the Vancouver Canucks website.
If you visit NHL.com, there is a link to each teams Official website. From there you can visit the Canucks website.
There's a link to each website below.

The NHL site has audio streams of the games, last time I checked.
I used to always listen to the Oilers games in Toronto, but they seem to be putting more and more Oilers games on TV now.

Go to www.nhl.com, click on the heading "scores" then click on "listen now" (its in the little chart beside the score of the game you want) You can then pick which broadcast you want, obviously you want the Canucks one.
I sometimes listen to the other teams broadcast though; I like to hear their pain when the Leafs score.
