The current and still elected democrats can't figure out how to get out of Iraq via the fastest route while keeping the "new conservative" democrats happy. Remember them , the newly elected democrats that ran on a conservative , flag waving , troop supporting platform that stood for no quick withdrawal from Iraq?
It will be something to watch -- will they stand firm as their constituents wanted or vote with the democratic hierarchy?
