there was song in the mid 90's that i cant think of. he;s white, fast rapper, (its not snow or v.ice)?

its one song im thinking of, but dont know the name of song or singer. very popular song. he sang(rapped very fast) the song or singer is no longer around. prolly a one hit wonder. but HEELLP

I don't know who it may be but there is a page with a list of white rappers and maybe you can find it on there.

And just a note Ini Kamoze is black.
