yeah i have all the symptons and im scared...what do i do?

Early pregnancy symptoms include: missed period, cramping, sore breasts, peeing a lot, tiredness, nausea. Use a home pregnancy test with your first pee in the morning. You should talk to your parents and your doctor so you'll be able to get the medical care that you need. It'll be difficult but you do have options.

There are 3 signs of pregnancy. The presumptive, probable & positive signs. The positive signs are the most reliable ones.
The presumptive includes symptoms commonly associated with pregnancy but it isnt always indicative of pregnancy. Vomiting may be present in pregnancy but present in other diseases. Dizziness, nausea ( feels like vomiting), headache, breast tenderness. These are not 100% indicative of pregnancy.
The probable signs are those we see, positive pregnancy test, abdominal enlargement, cervical changes as seen by the obstetrician, breast engorgement!
The positive signs include ultrasound findings of the fetus & the gestational sac, fetal heart tones as heard in the doppler monitor, fetal movements as perceived by the mother, usually on the 20th weeks age of gestation, for primigravida or pregnant for the first time or for the multigravida ( on their 2nd , 3rd, 4th pregnancy & so on), on the 16th week age of gestation.
I advise that you see your obstetrician gynecologist & accept your responsibiilty as a mother of that child if you really are pregnant. Dont ever think of aborting it because it is a MORTAL SIN.

Take a home test and if it comes up saying that you are then make an apt with a obgyn, if you are a minor then talk to your parents and let them know whats going on..Good luck and congrats if you are, if your not go and get checked out incase there is something wrong.

It is great to be pregnant. That is one of the beautiful gift a woman can have. If u want 2 continue pregnancy do not be scared make ur self happy.
It appears u r not wanting to have the pregnancy.
If u want to abort the beautiful gift, do so early else it would be difficult for u.

Take a pregnancy test. What else can you do? If you are underage, discuss it with your parents. If you aren't, well, think about what you want to do.
It's your body. Your decision. If you absolutely cannot take care of a baby, consider adoption. For some people, abortion is the only thing to do, but you should consider adoption first.

Take a test, for starters. Then, you have 3 choices--parent, terminate, or put up for adoption. You can hear about all 3 at Planned Parenthood--just call & they'll give you info, or go to their website, www.plannedparenthood.org
They also do tests for free.
