Sorry... a vacuum? Like a vacuum cleaner? That's gotta be one of the most dangerous so-called "techniques" out there! So many horror stories from the ER (Emergency Room) surrounding young males experimenting with such a crude device!

OK so now that I vented; I never used viagra at all... And once, only once, looked at the vacuum cleaner and my erect penis and thought to myself "It'll never fit".... so I never did that either!

it's not the pill or apparatus that determines the intensity of a man's ejaculation, but how turned he is with the partner he is experiencing the sexual encounter with. sex is really in the mind, not the penis. the penis merely follows directives from the aroused mind.
