Easy. First you go to google.com and type in myspace layouts. Then you click on a link. anyone will do they have millions. then a page will come up, and it will either say LAYOUTS on it or on the left hand side of the colum it will have a list. You find layouts on the list and click on it. Then it should bring you to a screen where is says PRE-MADE LAYOUTS or...like MAKE YOUR OWN LAYOUT or something along that line. You wanna click the pre-made layouts link. Then just browse and copy the code and put it into your all about me section either in the very beginning or the box or at the very end. good luck.

i'm not quite sure which you want to do: Take out a background or add one so here are both answers...
To add one, you have to have a "code" for one. Myspace runs like a real website that you have to edit with special codes with different characters in them. I suggest that you google "free myspace layouts" and when you find the one you want copy the code that they provide. Go to your myspace, and then next to your picture on the home page click on the "edit profile" link. In the about me section paste the code and save the changes by licking the "save changes" link at the top.
I made my own background by going to this page
http://www.picgames.com/forum/myspace-layout-editor.php
and just editing the setting to match what i want. You have to find codes for everythign you want to put on your myspace from pictures to animations. To add pictures right to your page, you have to make an account with a picture holding website. I use photobucket.com . All you have to do is upload your pictures and beneath them (when they are uploaded) it has an "embeded" code. Copy that and place it in any area that you want it on, on your myspace. Don't forget to use codes because it will just not show up at all.
If you want to remove your background, you have to go to the place that you put it on, and delete it.
If you want to view my myspace to see what else i can help you with just go to
http://www.myspace.com/aliayoub
(which is my url) and click add as a friend, and i can help you from there.
Hope this helps

Ok, Find a backround, it should have a code by it, or under it. Highlight it and copy it (highlight it and press CRL C)
Then log into your myspace, go to your home, and press edit profile, then go to about me, and press (CRL V) into the box so the code fills it. Then press preview profile, then press save changes (at the top)
Hoped i helped
