First wash all your shoes!!!Washing machine and dryer will be better than hand wash!!!
Buy some medicated foot odour powder, you can get it in any pharmacy or wall-mart, use the poweder on your shoes every day.
Change your socks every day.
Wash your feet really well and make sure you dry them too, including in between the toes!!!
Doing this will solve your problem!!!

Try Gold Bond Powder, they say that works good. Id take clean socks with me everywhere and change them when i had too. Dont wear old shoes either, it seems newer shoes help.

I'd clean them first...(YOU said they were smelly!)
I'd wear them for a while...
I'd judge you...
My mom always said that I couldn't judge anyone until I walked a mile in their shoes!
