I know it seems really stupid to ask, but how do you develop physic abilities?

First you accept that you have them. Then you let it happen.
Some folks think it is their intuition but, if they don't deny it they will come to realize that it is truely an ability. ( like it or not sometimes)

The best way to predict the future is to set a goal and then make it happen.
Why ponder abilites we don't have, or abilities so minor that they can produce no real results? Concentrate on the abilities that you DO have! You don't need telekinesis; you can pick things up with your hands! Pretty neat ability, especially from a cat's point of view.
You'll get more results from developing your intellectual abilities; those can lead you to anything! Leave the fantasy to Harry Potter.

I read a book on this once for fun. You have to do a lot of meditation and try to open up your 'third eye.' Just sit somewhere quiet all by yourself and close your eyes and imagine an invisible eye opening up on your forehead while your two real eyes are shut. There are lots of books on the subject. It's pretty interesting.

you develop them by letting them develop. all the answers about the 3rd eye etc can help but it also helps to let flow the energy of life that is in you think about it like walking when you walk try to make body do nothing but let your inner mind take control its amazing what can happen when you do. once you can do that it is simply that we need to rely on the powers hidden from us and let them come out.

if you mean "psychic" abilities, learn how to electrostatically sense the variations in the human aura using the cell potential of your dermal cells. then actively silence your own and let the people talk. works by proximity
btw this is the theory-scentific version of such abilites, one of these POS mediums porbably has adifferent definition

We cant predict the future yet. Cant even really predict the weather that much. We havent built a time machine yet.....or have we??......

You cannot.
There are no "proven" psychic abilities.
There are many stories, but no so-called psychic has shown talents that can be measured scientifically.
There is no "third eye". There is no "aura".
