You don't have to. You can, but it is more relaxed if you don't. Unless you are wearing them to a very formal setting, I would let it go.Just hang up to get the wrinkles out or use wrinkle relaxer spray if you need to before they dry.

I iron everything I wear. It looks so much cleaner and crisper. If I see a girl or guy in ironed khakis, it tells me that person really cares about how they look. If they press a crease, now that tells me they are very meticulous about their clothes and appearance. It tells me this person is not lazy and most likely dresses for success. If you are still undecided, I think you should iron them if you wear them to work, but if you are just hanging out at home then maybe not.

if you are not the navy sure fooled me for 23 years i had to iron mine everyday in there and they look lots better.
