If you have a myspace and stuff like that it's likely you have spyware on your comp.
Download Yahoo! Anti Spy, update and run a scan on it. Delete everything that it finds (becasue they're bad stuff that do crap to your comp)
After this, restart your computer, and if it still exists, make sure you didn't "auto-hide" your taskbar. Still happening? Ctrl + Alt + Del, click File > New Task (Run...), type in "explorer.exe" and hit OK. Remember to type it WITHOUT the quotation marks.
Some other thing, please don't type like that people who do that scare me.

change the background back to it oringinal color
