for day to day cleaning,i use original 409 spray and a soft clean cloth and hot water to rinse thoroughly.for burnt on stuff, walmart sells a bottle of cleaner made just for ceramic cooktops,it's with the off for oven products&copper cleaners,etc...i squirt that on the surface of the stove, mix with warm water and sponge.let it soak for 5-10 minutes, then use a brand new flat razor to scrape the surface areas that need it at a 45 degree angle to the surface.don't worry if the razor leaves metallic looking streaks, the cleaner will remove them!i've had a ceramic cooktop for almost 20 years now,i love it!

I love the cleanser called "ZUD". It will not scratch and my 25 year old white ceramic top looks like new! You can find it in most grocery and hardware stores.
