Prices, I just got a chair for $69.00 that Office Depot sells for 149.00 same chair, that is competition, fair prices, and attracting customers, when it comes to buy office stuff I just go to Staples..☺

Simple answer from a former employee....the staff works on salary...therefore no annoying sales people pushing for commission. This gives you the customer time to make your own choices.

because people can remember the name of the store without having to put any extra thought into it, its STAPLES :)
