Your dauhter needs to get over it and be a woman and eal with this not run off and murder her baby what is exactly what she is doing.

At 18 weeks a baby is formed, you can tell what sex it is and it kicks. My cousins ex GF was 16 with a disease that can kill her and she got pregnant due to BC failing, she new thier was a high risk she could die but she did not let that stop her from keeping the baby. At 30 weeks she went into labor and her daughter spent 4 weeks in the NICU but both mom and daughter were fine.

Having a mother as a GYN I can tell you right now that sometimes doctors say their will be complications but everything ends up being fine. My own mother was told in her last two pregnancies she would have complications, one being blood clotting but that did not stop her from having me or my little sister and surpise surprise my mother had no complications, hell they told my mother my little sister was deformed and she is perfectly fine.

The fact that every mother knows is that thier are always goign to be a chance of complications weather you be told at 10 weeks of pregnancy, 25 weeks or right when your about to give birth, they get over it because they love thier baby. If your daughter could not handle the chance of complications she should have never of got pregnant. 18 weeks is pure murder , at 18 weeks it is actually possible for a baby to survive, the chances are very low but it is actually possible.

If your daughter goes threw with this she is selfish and is too immature to have a child, I was 16 when I got pregnant and threwout my whole pregnancy I was so worried about complications but that did not make me run to a clinic and cry for a moron doctor to kill my baby. You need to slap your daughter and tell her to be a woman and deal with this.

The doctor would discuss that with her. He would tell her if he recommends that or not. 18 weeks is a little far along though. The baby is formed. But I dont know about the law with complications. That is why I say the DR should have discussed it.

i believe the standard law is under 4 months which comes to 16 weeks. she may be past that point. she should definitely talk to her doctor. because she may be running out of time.
