Why not invest in having some inserts made for you - by some company like Good Feet? Not only will you be able to walk comfortably in high heels, it will take all of the strain off your back and legs.

Oh dear. I think that even if you had the most perfectly crafted feet, high heels would still kill. We women sure pay the price for beauty, that is for sure.

But really, I would try a low heel without a ton of fancy straps.

I have had flat feet my whole life & I still wear heels just not too high!

if you have flat feet, don't wear high heels. they ar terrible for your back so wear other shoes. just don't wear high heels. they are bad for anyones back if they are more than 2 1/2 inches, but any hieght on your heels is bad no matter what if you have flat feet.

Hi. Sure, you can wear them. You might get some arch supports to make them more comfortable. I know people say heels are terrible and hurt your back, but they are also so feminine and sexy. I wear them just to have some sass. Clipity clop.
