You should not let pressure get you in to doing ANYTHING you feel uncomfortable with or is unsafe. Tanning can cause skin cancer. Hey I would rather loose a bad friend than get skin cancer!

I never felt the pressure to do that to myself. I know from seeing the effect of tanning beds that I would never subject my skin to that. Also a lot of those places do not do a very good job of keeping them clean. You do not want to know some of the diseases I have see guys and girls get from those things. (yes I am talking STD's)
Fake tans in general just look..well..fake to me. From self tanners to spay on tans to tanning beds they all just make girls look hideous. I personally had rather spend my money on something more important.

I was never pressured to do anything.I was born white and I will stay white. I won't die from skin cancer and I look younger than many women my age. Tanning is a very dangerous! Have you ever seen someone pass away from skin cancer? I have and it will break your heart. I will tell all the young girls-stay out of the sun. Be happy with the color of your skin-it is what makes you---you.

i love dwindled pores and skin. i bump into it to be so magnificent and gentle searching. My ex-boyfriend replaced into dwindled, and he looked fairly reliable with dwindled pores and skin! in the journey that your image on right that is any indication, you look very fantastically as you presently are. ^.^ Tanning ruins your pores and skin, fantastically once you're evidently really dwindled. i'm usually Italian and German, and that i'm not that tan, yet I tan fantastically honestly. compared to, burnt tan, yet tan. I attempt now to not get too darkish, only because it is not all that attractive to me. >.< I have a twin sister and she or he's a looks a lot extra like a well-liked Italian. I have blue eyes and blonde hair, haha. i'm happy with it! a pair hundred years in the past, being dwindled and fat were constructive attributes. in case you've been skinny and tan, it meant you've been spending your days outside operating, and did not have a lot nutrients. do not tan in case you do not want to. :] Edit: Lol, I only moved from FL to really north of Seattle, and persons listed right here are wayyy a lot less tan! after I first were given right here i replaced into fantastically tan, and many human beings were asking the position i'm from! >.<

I want to go tanning even though I have damaged skin from heat exposure. And if I feel pressured, I'm sure the teens are pressured. They are toasting their skin.

No, I'm no longer a teen anymore, and even when I was, no.
People that feel "pressure" to do anything are weak and can't think for themselves. With tanning and anything else for that matter go because YOU want to, and for no other reason.

nope. I used to think tan looked nicer than my complexion. Then I decided that I love the color of my skin. I don't want the upkeep of a tan. My sister and my mom want to be tan bad. I don't care. I love my porcelain complexion.
