i dont know why it just bugs me though, i guess its cause one person says somethin than so does every one elselike a bunch of monkey hear monkey say idiots, hey lets start callin the 4th of july 7-4 or christmas 12-25 or halloween 10-31

am i the only person that this bugs

no, that bugs me too! They should either say september 11th or just change all the other holidays to numbers. I dont think there giving Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween and the Fourth of July the same attention.

That is just something people picked up soon after it happened. When people would send emails about it they would always have 9-11 I hear it on the news being called 9-11

Comparing a Holiday to a National tradegy are 2 different things, and should be remembered differently.. So calling Christmas, Christmas, and Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving are most appropriate, as 9/11 is......also...

We call Independence Day the 4th of July, quite similar. I dunno, cuz of the 911 emergency thingy coincidence I guess. Call it what you like, it sucks.
