If a number is prime, only two specific numbers can equal it if multiplied together. Those numbers are 1 and the prime number itself. For 991, the factors would be 991 and 1. For a quadrilateral, such as a rectangle, the area (A) is equal to the length (L) times the width (W). As a result, you get this equation: L x W = A. Since A is 991, we have: L x W = 991. In other words, we need 2 numbers that equal 991 when multiplied. As I explained in the first paragraph, those numbers must be the prime number and 1. This means tha the dimensions of the recatngle are 991cm by 1cm. (Which side is the length and which is the width doesn't make a difference.)
