Just wondering how you guys spend your HNIC. Do you watch it yourself, with family or friends? What kind of food, drink, or snacks do you have? Any interesting/scary/outrageous experience you want to share with others?

I spend HNIC with cool beer with friends. Every night should be spent like that.

I spend it in Buffalo about 20 minutes from the Canadian border. I've watched HNIC since I needed rabbit ears to get it.
Never miss it, and Tivo it when the Sabs play that night so I can go back at watch it later.
Hot stove is my favorite segment---the long dark year without it was torture.

I spend my HNIC getting Maple Leafs games forced on me (first game of the double header).

I spend it getting hammered with friends watching hockey or by myself. Most people get screwed over by their gf's to go to some gay danceclub and drop 200$. HNIC is where it's at. (Until the refs screw it up!)

After a late afternoon nap, my fiance and I put on our Go Habs uniforms, consisting of socks, boxers, pajama bottoms, T's, and either various sweaters or jerseys, grab and icey brew from the fridge and turn on RDS for the first game of the double header. We are both $^%$ing sick of the biased pro-Leaf Bob and Harry, and pretty much the CBC, that we watch in French....that's what the beer is for...cheers

If I'm at work, I'll watch it with every spare moment I have. If I'm at home, I usually watch the first bit of it, and then I have a rather large online league poker tournament I usually play in. I'm lights out after that since I have to get up at 6 for work.

I watch the Leaf game with the husband and my 2 boys, It can get loud at our house...lol. The hubby and I have a few beers and just enjoy spending time with the boys.

Pizza, beer, chips and strippers!! They can distract me during the break but watch out when the game comes back on i'll send them back to ho-town!!! The wildest time ever was when my husband came home early... oi..
