Yes, Matt Millen is an absolute idiot when comes to scouting and player managment to name a couple. He should have been fired 2 years ago, but for some reason the lions front office is oblivious to his stupidity of football knowledge. He should be canned at he end of the season, and canned from football forever. he is the only thing that is holding the Lions down.

Matt Millen is still the coach because the owners of the Lions think he can do the job. Don't blame it on Millen, just go back over the last 10-15yrs. and see how well the previous GM's did.

No...needless to say no longer...if Millen replaced into going to be fired, he could be long previous via now, given the state of the franchise and how many alternatives he's wasted...i think of Mr. Ford loves him too lots...the two he's clueless or Millen has some thing important on him...i gotta consider Terry C that Kitna, and Williams are servicable...the working activity(or loss of it) is a bigger situation(between different problems)... Edit: TJ, how can u study a stinkin Honda to a Ford...c'mon now...r u severe?

Because the Fords (the family who owns the Lions) likes him for some strange reason. And yes, he should of been fired when he drafted Mike Williams.

I think the reason he is still GM is that he has drafted the right players they just haven't played to their potential. however yes he should be fired with the people he has he should be able to find some1 that could get them all to mesh. switching coaches doesn't help either, they are still young and need some work but i don't see him staying around very much longer,
