This guy just will not shut up with his big mouth!!! He's a police officer, and I bet he's one of those one's that gives you a hard time when you get pulled over, just because they know they can.

I just remembered the previews for the show tonight when it shows like the most exciting parts or w/e. It shows him with two cases and Howie asks if he wants to swtich.
I hope he opens the one with like nothing in it. URGH!

What's up with Dragon? That's kinda rude doncha' think? Uncalled for. Anyway I haven't seen the show yet but I like Howie. Two things about him...I believe he created "Rug Rats" & he's extremely paranoid about cleanliness & he refuses to shake peaple's hand (Like even Leno's)
