I have never showered with other guys before. This year for wrestling I have to. I'm also overweight. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Not to sound mean but just suck it up and get in the shower. Believe me taking a shower in public is better than getting ringworm from the mats.

It gets easier after the first time. What you have to remember is that other guys are going through the same thing.

guys shower together all the time from grade school to work to motorcycly rallies . it is no big deal, just strip down and enjoy

guys dont care about body image as much as woman do.... Im sure if you're confident and don't show that you're insecure and trying to hide people won't even notice you.
anyway, if anyone did dare make a comment , just tell them to stop being a ****** and checking out your bod

Walk around your house naked or just in a shower so that you get comfortable being seen nude.

Calm, down and try to feel more confident in yourself. If someone says something just be like. "Why you looking at me while I'm naked?" "You gay?" If they care what you look like they must be gay. And if you feel self concious about just being naked get in and get out, just be very quick. Get'er done.

just be yourself. dont fret. if you want you can work those fats our so you can be comfortable also which would boost your confidence in flaunting your body when showering.
