I downloaded a 32 minute film successfully however it will not play on from the media players in my computer, most current Windows media player, Real, and Acrobat Reader 7. The file extension is a .torrent. Anybody have any answers?

Well Normally a .Torrent file is kinda like a zip file. You're going to need to use something such as Bit Torrent or UTorrent to download / extract the files first. If the torrent file is a movie then it will show up as a movie extension.

I download a lot of files through Bit Torrent and never ran into that problem. It would be my guess that the file you downloaded is corrupt and I would go try download another one.

a *.torrent is just a small file which coordinates the download.

you should be looking in the download folder that is setup in your bittorrent client for the actual files once the torrent download has reached 100% - that is where the downloaded files are.

then you didn't download it.
a torrent file only contains the information to activate your torrent software (p2p) to go out onto the net to look for the files to put that movie togehter.

Your download wasn't completed. You should have been left with a .avi/.zip containig the movie file/.mpg etc file after it downloaded.
