Wood is sold by the board-foot, which is a unit of volume equal to 1"x12"x12". Depending on the type of oak, maple or cherry the price can be wildly different. Also, the quantity purchased at one time can greatly affect the sale price, it is not unusual to give price breaks at certain large numbers that vary from mill to mill. The thickness of a piece of wood also has a bearing on the sale price. On of the most important factors for some projects, and coincedentally for price, is the type of cut, Plain-sawn, Rift-sawn, Quarter-sawn, Center-cut.

On one website the price of Oak varies between $1.75 and $9.00/bf, Maple $4.00 - $10.00/bf, Cherry $2.25 -$11.25/bf. The best way to price it is to pick a price that seems to cover your time and effort and makes it worth it for you to sell, while at the same time making it attractive to potential customers.

rough not dried should be about 350 per thousand but the cherry can not be classed with oak and if the maple is good like maybe birds eye it cost much more. just go to the building supply and price the finish stuff and then deduct a couple hundred per thousand feet

I know a few people that cut or mill wood. The prices vary in different areas of course but, I suppose you could get it off the Internet. You should ask around your own area, assuming you know what your doing and you have experience in this, I would assume you must know the prices?
