Need fasion sense! Please help!?

Question

I would like to try to dress more fasionably. But, I have no fasion sense what soever. My basic clothes for summer are jeans and a t'shirt with tennis shoes. Now that it is getting colder I've traded the t'shirts for sweaters and sweatshirts.

Does anyone know of some good sites that will help the fasion unconscious.

Here is what's in at the moment:

Chains (on your handbags), Gold, RED SHOES, Tunics (but like, classier ones.) Heavy knit dresses, wide belts, boots, deep colors, plaid is back, pea coats, trenches, dark skinny jeans, brown, deep purple, trousers, leggings or tights.

Beware. Do not put leggings under mini skirts. That, my friend, is out. Try a heavy knit dress, or a long grey plaid trench with interesting detailings. You should even put a wide leather brown belt over the trench, that would be cute. Example: They have a really cute one on the cover of Shop Etc. a couple months ago, it was Ralph Lauren I believe. His designer collection.

But MY favorite look from winter is a pair of "winter" long grey shorts with maroon sweater tights underneath and a pair of peep toe wedges, and a navy blue trapeze jacket. I'm known for that look.

Try looking at Marc Jacobs Ready-to-wear Collection Fall 2006. They have great stuff. Chic.

A really good way to get fashion ideas is to look through the magazines and jsut copy some of the trends. Don't go to extremes don't mix too many trends into one outfit.

Well for those summer nights when you wanna go clubbing, wear a classic halter top(black is slimming don't wear clivage if you have no chest!!) and dressy dark blue demin jeans or a dressy dark blue demin skirt, wear heels or casual shoes like Nikes or Filas!

well, you can look at seventeen like someone else suggested. if you happen to live in long beach or somewhere near long beach CA, theres a cute store at the los altos shopping center [where target and rite aid and big lots come together] called red. they have juiniors and womens sizes. prices on shirts and dresses range from around $20-40

try watching what not to wear on TLC on fridays like 8 or 9ish

or look at some teen magazines like seventeen, teen people and cosmogirl

you could still wear jeans but if the jeans have like lets say a pink flower try and wear a pink sweatshirt or something
