There is this girl who is trying to say that my boyfriend of a year and half if the father. The little girl just turned 1. Her birthdate is Sept 18th. From my knowledge and from MY personal calculations, her conception date would have to have been the week of Dec 16th 2004. She's claiming they had sex November 27 2004, but he says it was the Second week of October. Could it be his baby? He said he used a condom and pulled out. Can you guys give me any info to help us feel better about it.

He will get a paternity test but that takes time because she's paying for it. It's just something that's going to bug us until we know, but any type of knowledge about it would be helpful

It could be his baby or not. Pulling out with a condom does not mean anything. She also could have had the baby early or late. It is really rare to have the baby exactly 9 months after conception and who really remembers the exact date they had sex? (especially a guy)
Like everyone said. Call your local hospital and ask where they can get a paternity test done and know for sure. That is the ONLY way to know.

if you want to feel better about this accept the fact that he cheat on you and make an take a DNA test
don't start asting like a b -i-tc-h toward the other woman
and no matter what stay out of it
he is a jerk in the first place for cheating on you and you don't to feel better about anything it is the child life be a woman and put yourself in the other woman place
if the situation become to stressful tell him to take care of it and when he is done give you a call

Get a paternity test just to make sure. Even if the dates are off wouldn't you and him feel better to know for sure?

Only a DNA test can tell the true reality in this situation. I do not know your boyfriend, but I know a little about people and I know people lie. It is particularly easy to lie to someone in love with you because the WANT to believe what you say.
If I was you, I would be wondering what I would do, if the baby does turn out to be his.

Either both of them or one of them is lying or are confused. Even if you use a condom you can still get pregnant. You can also get pregnant even if you pull out by pre- ejaculation. If he is t he father you will all just have to get along well for the sake of the child.

They only way to know for sure and ease your nerves is a dna test but it does sound weird he would wear a condom and pull out. Usually you only pull out if your not wearing a condom!!!
