Because your husband lacks maturity. If he was mature, he would realize that this is an insult to you and very demeaning. He is self-centred and egotistical and doesn't really care about anybody else's feelings.
Although all beauty should be admired, what you are describing is not admiration, but lust. He probably tries to excuse his behaviour with things like 'I'm just a normal guy', or 'I'm just making comparisons', or he treats it as a joke.
It won't be so funny if he loses everything that he has.
It took me a very long time to mature and, unfortunately I hurt a lot of people along the way and lost everything, more than once. If he doesn't grow up, right away, he will be telling my story with his words.
The two of you should go for marriage counselling, so that you can help each other. I wish the best for you both.

*ahem* Yeah, this is a natural male reaction to the modern fashions. Which are, in effect, wear as little as possible while wearing more than a bra and underwear. Small wonder he doesn't look at them. Besides, he probably only looks at them in passing, and you exaggerate. But normally these kinds of questions are stupid to ask when the subject is reading this over your shoulder...

"STELLA!!!" Sorry couldn't help myself. He looks because he is a normal, healthy male, and dear heart, you look at men too. Be honest, we all look even if we are with our partners. I LOVE my man so much. I don't want anyone else but I do appreciate the opposite sex and I especially like a good looking redheaded man.

Maybe he doesn't respect you because you don't respect yourself. I don't know if that pic in your profile is you, but if it is, you're letting the whole world check you out in just your scanties, so why shouldn't he be able to check out the whole world?
