Thank you to everyone who answered my question about how I should handle my dispute will Dell.
I wrote a letter to their CEO, Michael Dell, and a letter to customer service and warranty management.
How long should I wait? I know I have to give them some time but how much time should I give them?

I don't really like to complain to outside sources because it causes trouble. more trouble for them also means more trouble for me.
if they don't respond to the letters I wrote then I will complaint o outside sources.

I am sorry but I did not know what your complaint was... You should not give them more than one week.. Are you sure you should not have written a letter to the Better Business Bureau in YOUR city and the city where you wrote the letter to. I always do that if I have a serious and legitimate complaint.. I do not let anyone screw me over
