I was really worried about this one two. But you will know. I have asked many people and they agree it starts with the urgent need to go to the toilet to pass fecal matter. Maybe aven a little painfull like gastro. You can now time these. Try to think of something else through them, walk or bend over and lean on a table. You wont need medical help til they are less than 10 minutes apart if there are no complications.

That is your contractions which would have started earlier but you havent felt them. These will get more painfull over time. I waited 12 hours at home and could not bear the pain then gave birth immediately on arrival at hospital.

Enjoy having your baby!!!
