but now im just sooo sad! the whole day i felt like crying, or going to a consulor, but i didnt because i didnt no what ppl would say afterwards. well right now im really sad. what should i do?

Buy a big bar of chocolate, rent a funny comedy film, turn off the phones and computer, sit, watch, eat, laugh, and feel better...but if you get the two confused (eat the movie and watch the chocolate) it might not work, so be sure to do it right!
What's upset you toady? I hope that you feel happier soon- i hate feeling depressed, but today that's the predominant feeling.
If you want to go to a counsellor, there's nothing wrong with that, they are there to help us get balanced again when we feel a little off. Don't worry about what others think. At times like this, you have to put you first and only listen to what you want.

Well, I was once like that too. I think the reason why you're sad is because you have no friends to hang out and have fun with. You need good friends who can go to the beach with you, have dinner with you, celebrate their b-days with you, things like that.

I used to have no friends too but to improve my life, I joined a community and it really added a lot of color to my life. It involved me not only in charitable work but also in social activities like fellowship with other members, celebrating birthdays, just going otu to dinner, you know those kind of things. The community I joined is called "Singles for Christ" in California. I know there is one in other states too and in other countries like Australia, I've heard. It's a Catholic community but catholics arent' the only ones allowed to join. People of other religion can join too. You'll get to do charitable works and help people. At the same time, you can also have a lot of fun, go to parties and things like that. It's a lot of fun.

On othe other hand, if you're not comfortable with the idea of religion as some people are, I suggest join a community which is not religious but which is good. When I mean good, I mean one that does help you instead of break you. Do NOT join a cult wherein members engage in dangerous activities like hitting members with a large wood as initiation, doing drugs and things like that.

Join a community which helps the environment instead or an organization which do things to help people in need.

If you don't like to join a community, find a job that is fun. Either audition for a fun job like being an MTV VJ. Not saying that is exactly what you should do but if you know what I mean.

The reason why you're said is because you're NOT having enough fun. Live life to the fullest. Do things you like to do.

Be friends with your family and other people. Be kind to people. If you do bad things to people, you'll feel bad and sad.

think about why your sad.
sometimes it helps to get lots of tears out.

it's better to forget what is making you said, btter still , put it into perspective.

it doesn't have to be this way. there are many good things going on for you.
you are lucky in many ways.

it's important to spend the time you have wisely, make the most of it, and try to realise that when you are sad, you are wasting precious time.

Get up and live. And stop giving a rat's butt what people think or say. if you need to go to see a counselor then go.. maybe people will say that you are brave for going to get the help that you need even though it is sometimes scary to do that.

surround yourself with funny people and no matter what you do dont be alone. occupy yourself with alot of things to do nomatter if its cleaning because in the end you will be proud of yourself. volunteer the key to fighting depresion is keeping busy because when you dont have anything to do you think too much and that makes you depressed and sad.

sweetie whats making you feel this way and why?
you may just be going throu a faze or have you been like this for longer than a day or so?
i think you should go talk to someone. whether it be a frieng, family member or you local gp.

after you can't cry no more, take a bath & sleep.

when first you wake up, smile and do something that you enjoy the most.

just be an example for people and you will probably feel better just don't cry because their is nothing to worry about.

go to the counselor tomorrow! don't worry about what people think. if they really care about you they will support you and your desiscion to seek help.
