I'm 17. I am white, I have blond-brown hair, hazel eyes, I'm 5'8, my measurments are 36-28-38. I want to dress up, but not tottally dressy or tottally casual.
What would look good on me? What is appropriate?

You didn't say where you were spending the day- but how about 3/4 length wool pants with a nice sweater and boots?

ok you should wear like tights or leggings with a mini skirt well one that comes down to like half way between your knee and hip and then wear like a cute sweater or longsleeves with maybe a vest , curl or straighten your hair have it down and wear ugg boots with it

boots, maybe a brown or orange or red shirt, and then jeans. anyway, just make sure to wear some autumn-ish colors.
