Netflix Settlement ever coming ??

I hate to beat a dead horse so to speak...but did ANYBODY ever get the FREE month???

Yeah, I got an email in May to the effect that I have a free month whenever I want it. I just haven't bothered to sign up again; I am too busy to watch lots of movies right now.
