here is the text, but i will explain what it means. article 1 talks about congress and both houses. it says to be in the house of representatives u have to be 25 and be a citizen for 7 years. to be a senator u have to be 30 and be a citizen for 9 years.it says that the house can imoeach a govt official and the senate hears all impeachment trials.if u have any other questions about the constitution at all u can email me at GymnastGirl08@aol.com (i just finished a unit about the constitution and got a 96 on the test)
