Why do you care? And how do you think that people from your part of the world, will look at this one (the question that pertains to them), out of millions of questions? You should have put your city and state name as the question. Then people from there would have been more likely to find this question, even then the probability is small. And if you want to get to know people from your hometown, try some extracurricular activities.
