why do so many think they are all scams . ? I registered by confirming to allow 3rd party advertiseing to be sent to me.rules stated i was responsible for all taxes or costs invovled in collecting my award,1.5 million us funds.i8 was given the option to go pick it up in person or send someone or hire an agent of my choice ., I couldn.t fly so I hired an agent .So why do people automatically say if you haver to pay an agent fee its fake.? I made bank to bank money transfers which scammers don't do . I checked with thew abn amro bank and that account isd still open 3 months later which if it was a scam they would of closed it,I keep getting told.sure there are more fake than real but people that just say their fake without investigating it really screw everything up for some people who may of won. even sites warning about fake lotteries admit there are real ones.Is ther anyone that knows 100% about which ones are real ?

This sounds like a scammer trying to justify what they do

Boy, you're GULLIBLE.

Part of why the email lotteries are scams is that most countries make participation in a foreign lottery a crime for their citizens. In the United States, participation in an offshore or foreign lottery is a Federal crime. Furthermore, almost all genuine lotteries have rules limiting who is eligible to play them. The UK lottery, for example, is only valid for legal reisdents of the United Kingdom and/or the Isle of Man, no one else.

Its a scam. You never got the lotto money did you? You are still waiting and they will keep asking for more taxes, agent fees and stuff and YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MONEY.

IT'S A SCAM!
