I really need a car and there's this perfect one for me. It's a 1989 Toyota Celica GTS for $1,500. I really need this for work and school, especially since I live out of my schools district. My dad tried to get the loan and I was going to pay it through him, but due to a divorce our old house was foreclosed. Naturally due to this his request was denied. It was recently, within half a year. I really could use some advice. Can I get the loan myself? Any ideas or alternatives are welcome as I am very desperate for a solution. Thanks for your help.

Sincerely,
Wolf Silentheart

You would have to be at least 18 for a bank to legally be able to give you a loan.

Sorry...no. A minor cannot enter a legal contract under the age of 18. It's for your own protection.

Does not sound like family can help much, but it does not reflect on you by law. You probably do not have negative in your credit file, but you must some ability to pay, job, etc.
