Because of the kiss between him and Peyton (school shooting episode)...and Peyton told Brooke she has feelings for Lucas so Brooke isn't talking to Peyton right now.

Because Peyton told Brooke that she had feelings for Lucas and Brooke got mad and slapped her. And because Lucas and Peyton kissed during the school shooting.

it was so sad...peyton admmitted to brooke that she may still have feelings for her and brooke slaped her and said "dont you dare mix up my words to make yourself better because you are a two face- backstabbing ***** and you know it!" then peyton was left crying.....brooke went and told lukas that she wanted to break up, he ask why and she says "i just dont miss you anymore" and lukas is left sad.....
