well me and my friend use to be gf/gf but then i thought she was going to break up with me so i decided to break up with her frist and then well i found that she wasnt going to break up with me so we just kept be really good friends well my brith day is this weekend and she is coming over to spend the night and i want to no if she wants to be gf/gf again before my brith day how should i ask her? also i wrote a note to her about a week ago and asked if she thought about when we were still together and she said yes and i havent made i move since.

I think you need to sit down with her and have a heart to heart conversation and be honest with each other. She must have done something that made you think she was going to break up with you so you need to tell her that and talk about why it happened. Also, I'm not too sure I like your reasoning for breaking up with her...that sounds kind of like child's games. If you liked/loved her you wouldn't have "broke up with her first" just so she couldn't break up with you. And look where it got you? She wasn't even going to break up with you! I think you need to take the time to find out exactly what you want and what will make you happy before you rush back into it.

Just tell her u want to be with her again and that u miss her. You never know until u try.
