My Dad just bought a restraint, not many people know about it, how should we market it and make it Successful?

Are there businesses nearby? Are you open for lunch?
One idea would be to distribute coupons to local businesses for $ off lunch to get the word out that you are there. Many people who work in large corporate offices go out to lunch.

I would talk to the auto manufacturers, unless its a different type of restraint.
